Our old mill, Balatka’s Mill, dates back to the 1500s and carries a rich cultural legacy we wish to keep alive. Interwoven with the dynamic history of the Czech and Moravian lands, the mill has lived through wars, revolutions, migrations, occupations, innovations, natural disasters and much more. Yet it has stood here, unbothered, for over 500 years.
